5.2.2 Power unit mounting

Attach the power unit to a stable wall or machine part using the 6-mm diameter fixing holes
in the base plate (see chapter 1, figure 1).
5.2.3 Connecting ionisation equipment
1 Loosen the two screws on the top of the cover.
2 Carefully remove the cover from the power unit.
3 Remove the seals (stoppers) from the point where the cable for the ionisation equipment has
to pass through.
4 Screw the gland housing of the equipment being connected into the box.
5 Screw the union nut onto the gland housing.
6 Screw the unions of the equipment being connected into the box.
7 Connect the high voltage cables for the ionisation equipment to the terminal block.
8 Mount the cover on the power unit again.
Note:
Do not allow the high-voltage cables to form a loop in the power unit; from the unions, they
must pass directly into the connections of the HV terminal block opposite the unions.
