Using instructions
Remove all the plastic bags and package material. Put the power switch in the OFF position and the
thermostat in the lowest position, plug the appliance into the socket. To turn the appliance on, turn
the power switch (4) clockwise to the desired position – fan (8), heating setting (9). This appliance
can be used both as fan or as heater. When you want to use the appliance a heater you have to set
the power switch (4) to the heat setting (9). Turn the thermostat switch (2) fully clockwise to the
maximum thermostat setting (7). When the room reaches a comfortable temperature, slowly turn
the thermostat switch anti-clockwise till you hear a click. This is the point at which the thermostat
setting equals the room temperature. At this position, the thermostat will automatically turn the
appliance on and off to maintain the selected temperature. The fan will always keep rotating. When
you want to use the appliance as a fan you only have to set the power switch (4) to the fan setting
(9).
The heating element does not change of color when the appliance is on.
Overheating shut-off function

The appliance is equipped with an overheating shut-off function which switches the
appliance off automatically when the temperature inside the appliance exceeds the normal
running temperature. This protective device applies only to the appliance and has no
influence on room temperature regulation.

The appliance will not function if the overheating shut-off function is activated.

Turn the power switch to the OFF position and the thermostat switch to the lowest position.
Pull the power plug out of the socket.

Now allow the appliance to cool

Remove any objects or dust from inside or in front of the air intake or outlet vents, or use a
vacuum cleaner to clean the openings which caused the faulty running or overheating.
