Determine the safe height as per fig. 5.
2.
Use the wheel to adjust the determined value at the scale.
3.
Fit the seal to secure the adjusted value.
4.
After installation, the suction line between the fuel oil storage
tank and the burner pump must be de-aerated.
Prior to commissioning the system, check KAV as described below:
1.
Verify proper installation.
2.
Verify tightness of KAV and the connections.
3.
Verify that the safe height matches the value adjusted at the
KAV.
4.
Verify the integrity of the lead seal.
5.
De-aerate KAV, see chapter 6.2, page 13.
6.
Have the specialised company certify proper installation and ad-
justment of KAV, see chapter 13.1, page 20.
