Traditional text input
Press a number key, 1 to 9, repeatedly until the desired character appears. Not all characters
available under a number key are printed on the key. The characters available depend on the
writing language. See "Settings," p. 17.
If the next letter you want is located on the same key as the present one, wait until the cursor
appears, or press any of the scroll keys, and enter the letter.
The most common punctuation marks and special characters are available under the 1 key.

6. Messaging
The message services can only be used if they are supported by your network
or your service provider.
Note: When sending messages, your phone may display Message sent. This is an
indication that the message has been sent by your device to the message center
number programmed into your device. This is not an indication that the message
has been received at the intended destination. For more details about messaging
services, check with your service provider.
Important: Exercise caution when opening messages. Messages may contain
malicious software or otherwise be harmful to your device or PC. Only devices that
have compatible features can receive and display messages. The appearance of a
message may vary depending on the receiving device.
