INSTALLATION OF SLIDING WINDOW KIT
1. ASSEMBLY:
Slide panel A into panel B and adjust to the width of the
window. Window sizes vary. When adjusting the width,
ensure that there are no gaps in the sliding window kit as you
are taking measurements.
LOCATION
The unit must be placed on a stable area of floor to minimise
noise and vibrations. Place the unit on a flat area of floor
which is level and sufficiently strong to take the weight
of the unit. This will ensure that the unit is in a safe
location for it to operate.
•
The unit has wheels, so it can be moved around easily, but
it can only be moved on smooth and flat surfaces. Take
care when moving it across carpet. Take precautions
and use appropriate protection when moving it across
a wooden floor. Do not try to make the unit roll over any
objects.
•
The unit must be plugged into a power socket that is
earthed correctly.
•
Never place any obstacles in the way of the unit's air
intake and outlet.
•
Maintain a space of at least 45cm between the unit and
any walls to allow air to circulate correctly.
•
The tube can be fully unfolded but it is advisable only to
unfold it to the minimum required length with no slack.
•
Please ensure that the tube is not bent at any sharp
angles and that no sections of it sag downwards.
