Sorbet aux Fraises ou aux Framboises

Fraises ou Framboises fraîches ou décongelées

Jus de Citron
1.
Combinez le sucre et l'eau dans une petite casserole.
2.
Amenez à ébullition à feu moyen-élevé.
3.
Laissez mijoter jusqu'à dissolution complète du sucre et réduction du liquide.
4.
Mettez au réfrigérateur 3 à 4 heures.
5.
Ajouter les fruits en purée et le jus de citron.
6.
Versez dans les contenants de congélation. Faites congeler selon les instructions.
Crème Glacée à la Pistache

Pistaches (avec les écales)

Crème Riche (fouettée)
1 1/2 tasse
Lait

Essence d'amande

Essence de Vanille

1.
Pour blanchir les noix avec écales, placez les noix dans un bol et recouvrez-les
d'eau bouillante. Laisser reposer 1 minute. Égouttez bien et pelez les noix.
2.
Fouettez ensemble les noix, le lait, les oeufs et le sucre, jusqu'à l'obtention d'un
liquide uniforme.
3.
Versez dans une casserole et faites cuire à feu doux jusqu'à épaississement du
mélange (environ 25 minutes). Ne laissez pas bouillir le liquide.
4.
Laissez le mélange au réfrigérateur pendant de 3 à 4 heures. Ajoutez ensuite les
essences de vanille et d'amande.
5.
Incorporez la crème fouettée en la pliant.
6.
Versez dans les contenants de congélation. Faites congeler la crème glacée selon
les instructions.

Dans une casserole de taille moyenne, faites chauffer l'eau et le sucre jusqu'à ce
que le sucre soit dissout.
2.
Amenez à ébullition, laissez mijoter 2 minutes et laissez refroidir.2
3.
Ajoutez le jus de citron et le zeste au mélange sucré.
4.
Mettez le mélange au réfrigérateur 2 à 3 heures.
5.
Versez dans les contenants de congélation. Faites congeler la crème glacée selon
les instructions.

This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. No user-serviceable parts inside. Power

be used when the appliance is
unplugged and in the "Off" position.
14. Be sure that the voltage indicated on
the name plate matches with your
home's voltage.
15. Never clean with scouring powders or
hard implements.
16. Do not place or use the appliance on
hot surface such as stove,
hotplate or near open gas flame.
17. Do not expose the freezer canister to
temperatures above 105° F (41° C).
18. Do not place any part of this ice
cream maker in dishwasher.
