herewith declare under our sole responsibility that the products
described in these instructions for use, are in accordance with the
conditions of the following Directive(s):

and are in conformity with the following standards:

*with the exception of the electromagnetic field immunity in
the frequency range of 80 MHz to 300 MHz at 2.5 V/m,
