Internet Update
The software and database present in the remote control can be updated
through a PC over the Internet.
Unplug the small plug of the plug power supply from the USB socket on the
lower side of the charging tray and plug the small plug (Mini-USB) of the
supplied USB cable instead. Plug in the other end of the USB cable in a free
USB socket of your computer. Place the remote control in the charging tray.
You can register your Loewe product through the Loewe Support Portal and
then conveniently download software updates and the current operating
manuals in PDF format.
• In the Internet browser of your computer, enter the address:
www.loewe-int.de/en/support
• If you still do not have an independent access to the Loewe Support
Portal, set it up now. Click on
your account and then click on

given above to confirm your registration. On successful registration, you
receive an email for confirmation.
• Enter your Email address and a Password under Access to your
account.
• Click on Register Loewe product and enter the data requested for your
remote control Assist Media.
After successful registration, click on Database Update.
Select the button Update Software when you wish to update the software
of the remote control.
For updating the integrated database (page 35) select the desired manu-
facturer from the list and input the STB name or the designation of the STB
remote control in the line Model. Click on Start search.
In the list of devices found, select the desired one with Download.
This opens the window.
Click on Download and answer to the confirmatory queries that may be put
in the affirmative. The Internet browser then downloads the update program.
