Connection of the Ethernet cable:
- If a Cat5 Ethernet cable is use to carry the NTP signal then it is possible to connect it directly to
the clock using the wall bracket ref: 981006.
- If a Cat6 Ethernet cable is use to carry the NTP signal then we recommend that you connect
that cable to an intermediate female RJ45 connector (in red in the illustration) and connect the
clock with a flexible Male RJ45 to Male RJ45 cable (not supplied). The connector must not
be placed below of the movement because it would prevent the clock from being placed flush
against the wall or from locking on its bracket. The wall bracket 981006 can be used in case.

Note: The «Supervision Clock Set up Software» (see instruction 607548) and the inbuilt web
interface operate identically for a double-face clock. All settings are applied to a single (master)
clock, which sends the data to the slave clock via the RJ12 Ethernet cable. A firmware update takes
effect for both clocks. If the firmware versions differ between the master and slave, this information
must be returned to the user as a partial display of each Firmware version in the Firmware column.
For example: V1.1A07 + V1.1A05.
