Description
Th e DC 5800i 9.2 kW P is stable, tough and reliable and
particularly suited to spot extraction in many diff erent app-
lications ie welding, grinding, sanding and cleanup.
With a very low sound level, the DC 5800i 9.2 kW P is
suitable for use in areas which are sensitive to noise. Th e DC

Operation
Connect the machine to a suitable power source according
to the specifi cations found on the identi-fi cation label on
the machine. If an extension cord is to be used with the
unit, it should be suitably rated according to the prevailing
electrical code and be at least water resistant. Check rotation
of the motor at startup. On machines equipped with a phase
reverser, incorrect rotation can be easily changed. Machines
not equipped with a phase reverser will require the service
of a qualifi ed electrician to interchange two phases in the
power supply.
Th e fi lter should be cleaned 1-2 times per day with conti-
nuous running or if the machine is equipped with a fi lter
monitor, when this is in the red area.

Th e DC 5800i 9.2 kW P is equipped with wheels and is
therefore easily moved. For transportation over longer dis-
tances, the DC 5800i 9.2 kW P can be moved with forklift
or pallet truck.
For fi lter cleaning:
1.
Start the machine.
2.
Close the shutter valve on the machines inlet.
3.
With slow, even motion open the pulse top by lifting

repetitions, the fi lter condition still shows red the fi ne
fi lter must be changed.
