L'ensemble SMM 420 est fabriqué selon les
règles de l'art et certifié conformément à la
réglementation FRANÇAISE:
SPAE EQ 530-03 Type: 740-2 420
Eu égard aux techniques de mise en œuvre
que sa technologie requiert, l'usage de cet
équipement implique le respect de l'intégrité
des éléments qui le constituent, ainsi que celui
des procédures d'utilisation préconisées par
SAFRAN ELECTRONICS AND DEFENSE, à
l'exclusion de toute autre.
A l'exception des sauts de formations
encadrés, l'utilisation de ce SMM 740-2 doit
être faite dans le cadre d'une pratique
«standard» (Stabilisation à plat en sortie
d'avion, jet de RSE immédiatement après
stabilisation, hauteur d'ouverture
conformément à la réglementation) et dans le
respect des limitations décrites dans ce
manuel.
Toute forme de pratique sortant de ce
«standard» est proscrite par SAFRAN
ELECTRONICS AND DEFENSE (Free Fly, Track,
Wingsuit, Voile- Contact, Basejump...)

The MMS 420 assembly is manufactured
according to rules of the art. It is certified under
the French regulations:
MJSL-SPAE EQ 530-03 TYPE 740-2 420
Because of the operating techniques it requires,
using this equipment means respecting its
integrity as well as the operating procedures
defined by SAFRAN ELECTRONICS AND
DEFENSE, excluding any other.
With the exception of supervised training jumps
the use of this Tandem parachute equipment
should be done in the scope of a « standard »
practice (stabilization face to the ground after
plane exit, drogue launch immediately after
stabilization, deployment altitude according to
regulation) and with the respect of limitations
described in this manual.
All other kind of practice out of the "standard" is
prohibited by the SAFRAN ELECTRONICS AND
DEFENSE (Free Fly, Track, Wingsuit, Canopy
Relative Work, Basejump...)
