PROBLEM
The machine brews coffee slowly. Presence of limescale in the water circuit.
The machine was not rinsed well after descaling.
Coffee tastes sour.
The capsule is expired.
The buttons flash alternately. Descaling cycle required.
Incorrect button/capsule combination.
Preparation quantities and/or
temperature not optimal.
Quantity and/or temperature programming not
optimal.
CAUSE
Run the descaling cycle.
Perform a new rinsing cycle.
Use a new capsule.
Run the descaling cycle.
Use an espresso capsule combined with the button for dispensing an
espresso. Use a brewed coffee capsule in combination with the button for
dispensing a brewed coffee.
Restore the machine to the factory settings and customise the quantities
and/or temperature as described in the dedicated paragraphs.
