Setting Timer
• After power or temperature setting for cooking,
you can opt for timer setting. Press the timer but-
ton (2) to activate. The indicator light (2) lights up.
• Use the increase setting (3) or decrease setting
button (5) to increase or decrease the cooking
time (Range: 0 min ~ 180 mins). Default setting
is 0 min.
• When the timer is set, it will be stored automat-
Boost function
This function can be activated only when both heat-
ing surfaces (left and right sides) are operated at
the same time and at the power mode (i.e. Both
power indicators (6) light up).
Note:
1) Press and hold the increase setting button (3) or
decrease setting button (5) for fast adjustment.
2) After an extended period of operation, it is nor-
mal for the cooling fan inside to continue run-
ning in Standby mode for some time. Before
unplug the appliance, wait until the cooling fan
stops running.

ically within 5 seconds. The appliance will then
start operation. It will display the remaining time
and the power setting / temperature setting al-
ternately on the display (4).
• The appliance will go into Standby mode when
the set time is elapsed.
• If the set time is reduced to "0 min" manually,
the appliance will go into Standby mode instantly.
• Press boost function (8) to increase the left side
of heating surface to 2,000W. The right side of
heating will change to 1,500W. Boost indicator (8)
will light up.
• Press again to return to normal power.
3) The appliance's surface is still hot even after
switch to Standby mode. Wait completely cool
down before touching.
4) If no any button on the control panel is pressed
during operation for 2 hours, the appliance will
then switch to Standby mode automatically.
Possible cause
The temperature of the appliance is
too high
Cooling fan defective
The pan or pot is overheated.
Possibly, the pan becomes empty and
appliance will shut down for protec-
tion.
The supply voltage is abnormal. (Sup-
ply voltage is too high or too low)
Possible solution
Clear all obstacles that around the
appliance. Unplug the appliance, re-
move the pan or pot, wait until the ap-
pliance is completely cool down.
Contact the supplier.
Unplug the appliance, remove the
pan or pot, wait until the appliance is
completely cool down. And make sure
water is inside the pan.
Make sure that the appliance is con-
nected to a suitable electrical power
supply.
