Check the audio/MIDI device settings and volume.
Removing HD-1 Drum Tutor
1.
Start up Windows with the UM-1G disconnected.
Leave all USB cables disconnected, except those for a USB keyboard and USB mouse.
Log on as a user whose account type is a computer administrator (e.g., Administrator).

Click the Windows Start button, and then click Control Panel.
3.
Click Uninstall a program (in Windows XP, Add or Remove Programs).
4.
In the list of programs, click HD-1 Drum Tutor.
5.
Click Uninstall (in Windows XP, click Remove) to uninstall HD-1 Drum Tutor.
* If a User Account Control confirmation screen appears, click [Continue].
6.
A message will indicate "Uninstall Complete." Click [Finish] to restart Windows.
