In case of non-use for a long period of time, we recommend, for hygienic reasons, to carry out the following
operations:
• fill the machine with water without detergent;
• run a few empty cycles;
• completely empty
Repeat this sequence several times until the drain water is completely clean, indicating that the dirt and
detergent residues have been completely removed. In the event of very long downtimes, complete the
operation by passing the stainless steel surfaces in petroleum jelly.
To avoid any risk of ice formation, have the water in the heating tank and in the internal circuits drained by
qualified personnel.
Cleaning and washing
At least once a week, sanitize the machine using special disinfectants; complete the operation by repeated
vacuum rinsing for a few minutes.
(Filling the tank without the overflow being in its seat).
NB: Once the appliance is unplugged, only qualified personnel can remove the panels.
5.3 Safety instructions for maintaining the device
Daily check for damage to the power cord. Never use the appliance when the cord is damaged. If the cord is
faulty, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
In the event of a fault, contact your dealer.
Any maintenance or repair intervention must only be carried out by a professional.
NOTE
In the event of a fault, unplug the appliance, let it cool down and contact your dealer. If the device does not
start, check your power cord. The device should not be plugged into a multiple socket, but directly to a wall
outlet. For any other anomaly, contact your dealer.
