The machine can be fitted with accessories which can be installed subsequently, even on the standard
versions and which can be supplied on request:
• peristaltic detergent dispenser
• peristaltic shine dispenser
• discharge pump
• rinsing pump
Models with softening must be ordered directly from the factory.
Maintenance of peristaltic dispensers: replacement of the internal pipe
1) remove the transparent cover
2) for disassembly, position the roller holder, the two rollers in vertical position
3) remove from its seat the connector placed to the left of the pump by pulling the pipe upwards following
the path, turn the roller holder clockwise until the other connector is extracted placed to the right of the
pump
4) for assembly, position the roll holder, the two rollers in horizontal position
5) fully insert the connector on the left of the pump, the curved part down
6) insert the pipe into its location, gradually following its path and manually turning the roll holder clockwise
until the right connector can be fully inserted
7) re-attach the protective cover.
Place after the doser in the appropriate location.
Adjust the proportioner using the screw (Fig. H), turning it clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively
increasing or reducing the quantity supplied.
Dosing time: from 1 to 25 sec. Quantities of rinsing liquid equal to 0.2 grams correspond to a space of 2 cm
in the transparent supply pipe with a 4 × 7 mm section. The doser must not run empty or remain without
product. To fill the doser and the doser-tank connection pipe, refer to the "Use" section under the
"Peristaltic doser" item.
Safety measures and user training
The specialized personnel who carry out the installation and the electrical connection are required to
properly instruct the user on the operation of the device and the possible safety measures to be observed.
The installer must also provide a practical demonstration of the user manual to the user, and must leave
the written instructions delivered with the device.
This appliance is delivered to you with dimensions and connections of energy sources - technical sheet -
electrical diagram.
Programming of cycles for regeneration start
The DIP switches present on the card are used to introduce the regeneration cycles
(LED display that the regeneration cycle has been reached). It is advisable to program regeneration as the
first operation of the machine, then to position the switches
DIP as desired. If no programming is performed, the card will not calculate the cycles.
