Chapter 3. Machine adjustment and setting up

3.1. Adjustment

A Main switch

PHASE NR. 1 = SWITCHING THE MACHINE ON
Press the main switch (A) into pos. 1.
The display shows the board software version (3.0.2), then the last program run.
Before using the machine, wait for the wire and the plate to get hot. This is indicated by the LEDs (F) and (G) going out.
PHASE NR. 2 = PROGRAMS SELECTION
Press buttons (C) and (D) to select the program to be used (P1, P2, P3).
Select the program according to the dimensions of the tray to be packaged, as shown by way of example in the following
table.
PHASE NR. 3 = PERFORMANCE
The machine is ready to start working.
All packaging machines are tested at works. The parameters set (see table below) at works generally prove to be fit for
use.
