12. Handling
• Never switch the devices on and off at short intervals. This considerably reduces the service life.
• The devices are not suitable for continuous operation. Pauses in operation increase the operational life
span of the device.
• Never connect the mains plug or the mains adapter to a mains socket immediately after the device has
been taken from a cold to a warm environment. The resulting condensation may destroy the device.
Allow the devices to reach room temperature before connecting them. Wait until the condensation has
evaporated.
• Never disconnect mains adapters and mains plugs from the mains socket by pulling at the cable. Always
pull it out of the mains socket holding it by the contact surfaces provided for this purpose.
• Never touch the fog machine in operation or right afterwards, because this area heats up strongly parti-
cularly in the area of the fog exit opening. There is a danger of burns.
• Never use contaminated fog liquids. Close the tank and the storage container for your fog liquid immedi-
ately after filling.
• Always empty the tank before transporting the device or if you are not using it for a longer period.
• Use only water-based fog liquid. Suitable fog liquids are listed in the „Technical Data" section.
