5.3 Operation
Once the smoke alarm has been tripped, it will need to be reset. This requires the following actions:

First, allow the smoke to dissipate completely, to avoid re-activating the smoke alarm.
Disconnect the power supply to the sensor head by releasing it from the base (twist and then pull
off downwards).
Wait for at least one second, then push the sensor head back onto the base and lock it into po-
sition by twisting.
