I. PRECAUTIONS
•
It is forbidden to use the device if damaged or defective.
•
The device can't be used by any person with a physical or mental disability, child-
ren or any person with insufficient experience, and/or insufficient knowledge.
•
Device must be kept away from children.
•
To prevent injuries, always be careful with the maintenance of the device, particu-
larly with the maintenance of the blades.
•
When cleaning or servicing the device be aware of all possible dangers or residu-
al risks.

III. APPLICATION
The stripper is designed to be used with copper and aluminum cables and wires of
different diameters – from 1.5 mm up to 15 mm.
We do not take any responsibility for improper use. Any damage resulting from a
non-conform use of the device has to be paid by the user!
IV. BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packa-
ging is damaged, please contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days,
and document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn the package upside

down! When transporting the package, please ensure to keep it horizontal and stable.
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and styrofoam), so that in
case of return, the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate conditi-
on.
V. USE OF THE DEVICE
1.
Fix the device in a sturdy location using all holes designed for mounting.
2.
Assemble the cutting blade (1) in appropriate location (2).
3.
Using adjustment knobs (3) set the diameter of the stripping cable / wire .
4.
Using adjustment knob (2) adjust the cutting depth depending on the diameter of
the stripping cable / wire.
5.
Insert cable / wire into a cutting channel. Make sure the cable / wire ends are
free from any plugs etc.
6.
Pull out a stripped cable / wire on the other side of the device.
7.
If the wires / cables have not been stripped properly (cuts are too shallow or too
deep) adjust using the adjuster (2).
8.
Be careful during work - the cutting blade is very sharp!
VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
After use remove excessive dust, grime and grease etc. from the device.
Store in a cool and dry place. For longer storage periods apply oil to cutting blades
and bearings.
Use red grease or molybdenum grease to lubricate bearings.
