EN - INSTALLATION
This kit must be installed before installing the
extraction hood!
Ensure the extraction hood is disconnected from
the main power supply by the pulling the plug
from the wall socket.

Disconnect the connectors between the capture

section and the motor housing of the extractor
hood

Connect the connectors in the kit between the
extractor hood's capture section and motor
housing (5-pole)
When installing the cable set between the
extractor hood's capture section and motor
housing take note of the type of connection
(male/female).
See the wiring diagram.
Kit 990031 has a 5-pole connection.
The fitter will provide a Windows switch (RF link,

transmitter, receiver),
Connecting a potential-free contact Windows
4
switch (dry contact) to a 2-pole plug in the set.
Contact is: 'Normally Open' when the window is
closed and 'Closed Contact' when the window is
open.
A domino connector is supplied for connecting

the extractor hood and the Windows switch to
the mains supply.
Now connect the extractor hood to the mains
6
supply.
The extractor hood is now ready for use.

The extractor hood's motor functions only when
the window is in the open position.
The extractor hood can be set to any speed.
The lighting works independently of the window
position.
