Dispenser 7150
DISPENSER TEST
The size of the deposit depends on the time of dispense, the pressure and
1
the size of the needle.
Replace the cap with a dosing needle, locking it clockwise.
2
Pull on the wheel of the air regulator towards you to unlock it. Turn to
3
maximum in the counter-clockwise direction to reduce the pressure to
zero. Put the syringe above the piece of paper or the test surface. Open the
security clip of the adaptor if there is one. Press and hold the pressure on
the foot-switch for further setting.
4
While resting the tip on the paper, turn slowly and progressively the
air pressure regulator clockwise until the liquid come out of the needle.
Continue to increase the air pressure until the flow of dispensing wanted
is reached.
NB: try always to choose the lowest pressure and the greater needle diameter
Pressure as low as possible+ needle diameter as great as possible= dispense more
Release the foot-switch, test again the flow several times and adjust by
5
modification the pressure slightly. Push the pressure wheel to block the
setting.
The needle has to be always on semi-
contact with the work surface at the
optimum angle of 45 degrees (ideally from
45 to 80 degrees) when you release the
foot-switch at the end of the cycle rise
simultaneously the needle by raising it
constant and more accurate
upright.
