FILLING
METHODS OF FILLING
PDS suggests 2 alternatives to the traditional filling methods which allow you to work
more cleanly, to be efficient, to save time and to reduce the risks of formations of air
bubbles in your fluid :
The system is under pressure. Charge the fluid in the cartridge (310ml
1
for example) and set the pre-filled cartridge in the pressurized cartridge
holder. Then, connect the syringe at the outlet of the cartridge. Insert the
plunger to the bottom of the syringe. The syringe fitted with a plunger is
filled from the bottom up thanks to a compressed air pressure.

If you receive frozen epoxies or other fluids packaged with a manual dipper,
order the luer-luer adaptor (reference: B250011 ) to transfer the fluid.
