TEST OF THE DISPENSING
MAKE FLUID DISPENSE AT ANY GIVEN TIME
Your equipment is now ready to test the fluid dispense.
Check the settings :
• The air gauge has to be set or / test value of 20 psi
• The time button has to be set on 3 or 00,30s
• The endpoint of the adaptor has to be on the syringe
• The dispenser must be set to manual.
Keep the syringe at an angle of approximately 45 degrees put the tip

slowly on a piece of paper. Press the foot-switch until the fluid comes out
on the paper. Repeat the process every time you replace the tip of the
dispenser.

Put the dispenser in manual mode.

Hold the syringe and put slowly the nozzle on the test paper. Press the
foot-switch. Check the size of the fluid point. If the point is too small, turn
the button "time" at a lower number. If, on the contrary, the point is too big
set the time at a lower number. Add some points and mark the evolution
of the size of the points on a paper.

or by changing the diameter of the needle.
Note : Time is not the only variable which changes the size of the point. It is
