The following functions modi able from the service menu can also be activated on the internal unit's control panel:
•
INTERNAL UNIT ELECTRICAL HEATER ELEMENTS MANAGEMENT
The units are equipped with additional 2-stage heater elements: 1.5 kW + 1.5 kW on SMALL internal units and 3 kW + 3 kW
on LARGE units.
To enable this function, the outside air temperature probe kit must be installed. They can be enabled to supplement the power
in heating, in domestic water production and during anti-legionella cycles (see dedicated section).
Depending on necessity and electric power supply available, they are enabled with parameter bc 0, individually with parameter
AEH 1 or in pairs with parameter AEH 2 and by setting at what outdoor temperature they are to activate in parameter otE
(e.g. otE -2°C).
The rst element will activate when the outside air temperature goes below otE, if the water temperature is 4° below the set
temperature and the number of minutes set in parameter EhP after these conditions occur. The second element will activate
several minutes after the activation of the rst if the parameters are not met; the activation time can be varied between 0
and 60 minutes in parameter EhP.
The electrical heater elements cannot be activated if an external heat source is enabled bc 1.
The electrical heater elements will activate even in the event of a fault on the external unit.
•
WATER TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The water temperature thermostat can be set to adjust the water ow temperature (factory setting LUc 1) or to adjust the
system return water temperature (LUc 0).
