2.5 Operating instructions
2.5.1 Start operation
• Ensure that the unit is connected to the
power socket
• Make sure the water tank is placed in pro-
per position. (After plugging on the machine
for the first time, if the full tank lamp lights
up, just pull out the water tank, then push it
back to the proper position.)
2.5.2 When Bucket Full Lamp Is On
• When the water tank is full, the indication
lamp will light up, the dehumidifier will stop
operating. Remove the water in the tank,
then place the water tank back to its proper
position the machine will start operating
again.
2.5.3 Defrost
• When operating in low temperatures (less
than 12°C, the surface of the evaporator will
accumulate frost and effect the efficiency of
the dehumidifier. When this happens, the
machine will go into periodic defrost mode
automatically. This is quite normal. Defrost
lamp will come on. The unit will operate in
temperatures down to 5°C. Defrost time
may vary. If the dehumidifier freezes up,
turn the unit off for few hours and then
restart. It is not recommended to use the
dehumidifer at temperatures below 5°C.
2.6 Caster Installation
Caster installation is recommended to avoid
damage to floors.
1.
Remove the casters from the bucket of the
dehumidifier.
2.
Position the dehumidifier on its side.
3.
Locate the arrow on the bottom of the dehu-
midifier and insert the caster according to
the arrow direction.
4.
Slide the caster in as far as it will go. The
caster will snap into place.
5.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the other 3 casters.
2.7 Continuous Drainage
The function of continuous drainage can be
started in following steps when there is a good
condition of drainage near by the unit.

To avoid having to periodically empty the
water tank, this unit can be configured
for continuous drainage. You can use the
supplied drain hose to connect to the conti-
nuous drainage connector.

Remove the soft rubber stopper. Put it into
the water tank for safe keeping.of the unit.

Unscrew and remove the drain cover at the
rear
