Spicy Indian tomato soup
Ingredients:
• 400 g chopped tomatoes
• 1 onion, coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons of red lentils
• 2 teaspoons of garam masala
• 1 pinch of chilli powder
• half a bunch of coriander
• 550 ml cold vegetable stock
• salt and pepper (to taste)
Steps:
Place all the ingredients except the coriander in the soup
maker, stir briefly and then select the Puree program.
The soup maker gives a continuous beep when the
appliance has finished pureeing.
Add the coriander, then season the soup with salt and
pepper. Taste the soup and then blend it all for a further
2 seconds in the soup maker. Serve in a warm bowl.
