RECIPES
Spicy lentil soup
Ingredients:
• 150 g red lentils
• 2 large carrots, peeled and grated
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 small piece of ginger, peeled and grated
• 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
• 1 pinch of chilli powder
• 1 small bunch of fresh coriander
• 1 litre cold vegetable stock
• 1 lime, squeezed. Use to taste
• salt and pepper (to taste)
Steps:
Place all the ingredients in the soup maker, stir briefly
and then select the Puree program. The soup maker
gives a continuous beep when the appliance has
finished pureeing.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a warm bowl.
Potato and leek soup
Ingredients:
• 280 g potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
• 3 leeks
• 1 onion, chopped
• 55 g butter
• 850 ml cold vegetable stock
• salt and pepper (to taste)
• single cream (for serving, optional)
Steps:
Place all the ingredients in the soup maker, stir briefly
and then select the Puree program. The soup maker
gives a continuous beep when the appliance has
finished pureeing.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a warm bowl. If
desired, add the cream for a beautiful presentation.
