• Courgette

• kohlrabi celeriac

TIP: Prepare large fruits and vegetables by cutting them into the shape of the chute: preferably
round (cylinder shaped) and with a thickness of 2.5 to 6 cm.
Carrot tagliatelle (FOR 4 PERSONS)
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tbsp coriander
• 1 cm fresh ginger
• 1 lemongrass stalk
• 1 tbsp red curry
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp chili sauce
• 4 carrots: yellow and orange
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 400 g chicken breast
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 250 g flat rice noodles
PREPARATION:
1. Mix or chop the coriander, ginger and lemongrass and combine with the curry, soy sauce and chili
sauce into a paste.
2. Peel the carrots and use the My Vegetable to turn them into strings.
3. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
