2.0.1 Fitting the mounting arm

Hold the mounting head (#1) and release the

locking lever (#2).
Lift the mounting arm completely.

Lock the mounting arm again using the lever (#2).

Untighten the screw (#7) and remove the special

washer (#4).
Mount the spring (#3) on the mounting arm and

press it down by hand.
Mount the special washer (#4) on top of the hexag-

onal bar, put on the plastic cover (#5) and the
washer (#6) and lock with the screw (#7) before
releasing the lever (#2).

Operator's Manual
Place the bead breaker arm (#1 Fig.10a) inside
arm support (#4 Fig.10a). Holes (#5 Fig.10a) of arm
and arm support must match.
Grease pin (#6 Fig.10a). Lock arm (#1 Fig.10a) to
arm support (#4 Fig.10a) with pin (#6 Fig.10a) and
rings (#7 Fig.10a).
Attach spring (#3 Fig.10a) to the hook on the
frame and connect it to hook (#2 Fig.10a) on the
bead breaker arm.
Securing the tire changer to the floor is not
required but it is suggested.
Mount the lube pail as shown in Fig.11
