ASSEMBLY OF THE AXLE
Push the stainless steel shaft at the end of the axle though the
bearing and the reduction gear.Block the end of the shaft flush
against the reduction gear using the TRUAC ring.
USE
To use the cover:
Fit the crank wheel into the housing provided on the stand.
Turn gently until the reduction gear is engaged.
Turn the wheel crank in one direction or the other to open or close the pool.
After use, remove the crank-wheel and store it out of reach of children.
The Aquadeck E mechanism does not require any specific maintenance.
Motorised versions:
The motor is enclosed in a leaktight shell under a pressurised nitrogen atmosphere to prevent corrosion and ensure
correct operation. Never try to open the motor, the nitrogen will escape and the motor will no longer be covered by
any guarantee.
The battery does not need to be winterized, we recommend that you leave it in place. You may however proceed
with winterizing under the following conditions:
- the battery must be stored in a sheltered location.
- the storage temperature must not exceed 20°C, above this temperature the natural decharging of the
battery is accelerated.
To remove the battery:
- remove the pozidriv button head screw M4-12 at the base of the battery
- remove the casing.
- disconnect the battery and cover the connection with a protective cap.
- put the casing back in position and replace the screw M4x12.
To replace the battery carry out this procedure in the reverse order..
UPKEEP AND WINTERIZING
To finish, replace the casings on the stands and fix in
position using the 4 screws M5-10.
