2 Scope of delivery

2.1

Checking the delivery for completeness and correctness

• Immediately after receiving the delivery, check that it is complete and in good condition.
• Report any damage that occurs during transit promptly.
• The active electrode is packaged in such a way that it is hygienically clean but not sterile.
• In case of return shipments for repairs, maintenance, or servicing, please send only clean and
disinfected products in sterile packing.
2.2

Warranty

Our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale effective at the time shall apply. Agreements diverging from
these Standard Terms and Conditions do not restrict the legal rights of the buyer.
Any warranty exceeding the above provisions shall require a contractual form.

3 Intended use

3.1

Purpose

Monopolar electrodes are intended for electrosurgical use. The power ranges for monopolar electrodes are
strongly dependent upon the use. The selection of the correct performance parameters is the user's
responsibility.
