incorrect fl ue, incorrect burner setting or
bad quality fuel. Excessive sooting can
be diagnosed if heater has rough starts.
Access to exchanger is made via two ac-
cess doors (one via air outlet, the other
after removal of the body panel opposite
to
the burner). Access to combustion
chamber require removal of burner. Soot
and debris can be removed with a vaccum
cleaner.
CLEANING OF VENTILATOR
Clean ventilator with compressed air after
removal of aspiration grilles.
CLEANING THE BURNER
Please revert to your authorized dealer for
this operation which must be carried out
in strict accordance with the burner manu-
facturer recommendations.

PROBLEM
Heater does not start
Thermal relay RT cuts in
(Warning lamp (9) lights
up)
Thermostat TS cuts in
(Warning lamp (8) lights up)
Burner motor starts but
does not ignite.
Ventilator does not start or
starts late.
Noise and vibrations from
ventilators.
Insuffi cient heat.
REASON
1. Faulty electrical supply
2. TA thermostat cuts in.
3. Wrong setting of eventual room thermostat.
Fan motor current absorption excessive
Excessive combustion chamber over heating.
Bad functioning of burner.
1.No electrical current.
2.TV thermostat out of order.
3.Motor winding faulty.
4.Burned out condenser.
5.Blocked motor bearings.
1.Dirt or foreign particles of fan blades.
2.Restricted air circulation.
1.Wrong burner.
►►6. TRANSPORTING AND MO-
VING YOUR HEATER
Heater must be moved by using the front
handlebar and rolling the heater on its
wheels. These heaters can be suspended
with chains or ropes using the 4-eye bolts
fi tted on top of heater. Before proceeding
to such an installation make sure that sus-
pension points of your building are suffi
cently strong to support weight c,f heater
as indicated on manufacturer model plate.
WARNING !!!: Before moving
your heater it must be stopped ac-
cording to instruction and unplug-
ged. Never move a heater while
hot. Do not attempt to lift or move
your heater without adequate ma-
chinerys serious physical injuries
may occur.
1.Check function and positioning of main switch
1.Check power cord
1.Check electrical connections
1.Check fuses
1.Put main switch in correct position
2.See instruction relative to TA thermostat.
2.Check oil fl ow
2. Make sure no additional air ducts restrict air fl ow.
2. Remove dirt or foreign particles from air outlet, grilles,
louvres or ducts.
3.Check positioning of thermostat and correct.
3.Check if thermostat is functioning properly.
Heater with helicoidal ventilation:remove eventual
debris preventing free fl ow of air on intake and
outlet.Check length of air ducts, recluce if excessive.
Heater with centrifugal ventilator: check setting
of transmission belt as indicated in chapter "CONNECTION
TO HOT AIR DUCTS"
Always check that current absorption remains below
value indicated on motor manufacturer plate.
Check as indicated above.
If fault persists contact our service center.
Read burner instructions.
1.Check fuses.
1.Reset thermal relay.
2.Check thermostat, set or replace
3.Replace fan motor.
4.Replace condensor.
5.Replace bearings.
1.Remove foreign particles.
