GUILLOTINE

23.2.1. CHANGE OF THE PRESS

To change of product, it's necessary to change the machine press of the
slicer guillotine. The procedure is the following:
Open the door of the exit, take out the wheel "A" hold by the machine press.
Take out the machine press pulling back and freeing the pivots "B" of support.
Put the new machine press repeating the same procedure but in the inverse
order.

IMPORTANT: before starting the guillotine, it's convenient to check if the new
machine press is well fixed in its support.
