Close the battery compartment.

If the data on the display are not or only partly visible, take the batteries out of the
computer. Wait approximately 15 seconds and then replace them.
Keys
RECOVERY: With this button you can measure your condition.
DOWN: With this button you can set the value of the functions TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and
TARGET HEART RATE (T.H.R.).
UP: With this button you can set the value of the functions TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and TARGET
HEART RATE (T.H.R.).
ENTER: With this button you can:

pass through the following functions: NORMAL, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, TARGET HEART
RATE (T.H.R.).

confirm the set values.

reset the values to '0' by pressing this button during 3 seconds.

Functions
Auto On/Off
The computer will turn itself on automatically as soon as the device starts moving. If the device is
standing still for more than 4 minutes, the computer will turn itself off automatically. The values will
be reset to '0'.
TIME:
Press the ENTER button until the function TIME appears on the display. Then press the UP or DOWN
button to set the time. The time is adjustable from 1:00 - 99:00 minutes. The computer will count
back from the set value to 00:00. When it has reached the set value, there will be a sound signal. If
you do not set a time, the computer will display the current training time from 00:00 - 99:59
minutes.
SPEED:
The computer will display the current speed from 0,0 - 99,9 km per hour.
RPM
The computer displays the current rotations per minute of 15 - 999 rotations.
DISTANCE
Press the ENTER button until the function DIST. (distance) appears on the display. Then press the UP
or DOWN button to set the distance. The distance is adjustable from 1,0 - 999,0 km. The computer
will count back from the set value to '0,0'. When the set value has been reached, there will be a
sound signal. If you do not set a value, the computer will display the current covered distance from
0,1 - 999,9 km.
