Things to do
Read these instructions carefully before fitting
your child car seat. Remember, an incorrect in-
stallation could be dangerous. Put these instruc-
tion in a safe place, preferably with the child car
seat or in the vehicle so that you can find them
for future reference.
Ensure that once the child car seat is fitted no
parts of the seat or vehicles seat belt can get
trapped by a folding seat or the vehicle door.
Make sure that the vehicles seat belt is tight and
the child car seat is held firmly in place every
time you use the car seat.
Check every time you fit the child car seat that
the vehicle seat belt has not become twisted.

Each time the child is placed in the child car
seat, make sure that the seat belt is properly
adjusted to the child's body and the buckle is
properly secured.
VERY IMPORTANT: ALWAYS use the
car's safety belts. Isofix connectors
are additional fastening but cannot
be used alone.
Check that luggage or other heavy or sharp
objects are secured in the car. Loose objects
are liable to cause injury in the event of an ac-
cident.
The child car seat must always be secured with
safety belts even when not being used to tran-
sport a child.
When travelling with other passengers using
both the front and rear seats, the lighter occu-
pant should be in the rear of the vehicle and the
heavier occupant in the front passenger seat.
Whenever the child car seat is left in the vehicle
without the child in it, always ensure it is correct-
ly fitted using the vehicles seat belt and (pos-
sibly) the Isofix connectors, to prevent it from
being thrown about in an accident.
Car interiors can become very hot when left in
direct sunlight. It is therefore recommended that
the child car seat, when not in use, is covered by
for example a towel. This prevents components,
