Using electric hotplates

You can then adjust the power of households by turning the button shown in the diagram below.
WARNING : In the first use, your fireplaces may emit a slight odor and smoke for a few minutes. This
corresponds to the running of the apparatus.
Use flat pans with a diameter that is equal to the hotplate.
Do not put anything between the hotplate and the pan.
Be especially careful that the pans are not too small for liquids, since liquid can overflow quickly.
The pans should not be too wide for fast cooking. In fact, grease and juices may spread on the bottom and
burn easily.
WARNING: Avoid putting pans with sleeves that are made of plastic in the oven as they are not resistant to
heat.
You must use pans with the right diameter to fit the burner, to ensure the best possible cooking and reduce
the consumption as in shown in the diagrams below
It is also advisable to cover any liquid boiled and as soon as the liquid begins to boil, lower the flame so as to
remain at boiling point.
IMPORTANT: Never place an empty pan if the oven or burner is started.
After using heating plates and when the surfaces are cool, you can perform cleaning with a damp sponge or
soft cloth, you can use detergent but not corrosive, do not use either abrasive materials
