Safety / Initial use / Maintenance and Cleaning
Before use, verify that the available mains
voltage corresponds with the operating voltage
of the lamp.
Ensure that the light does not come into contact
with water or other liquids under any circum-
stances.
Always unplug the power supply from the mains
prior to assembly, disassembly, cleaning or if
the light will not be used for extended periods.
Never open any of the components of the elec-
trical equipment or insert any objects into the
same components. This will pose a risk of fatal
injury from electric shock.
This light is not suitable for dimmer
or electronic switches.
Prevent fire and
injury hazards
Do not look directly into the light source
(light bulb, LED etc.).
Do not look at the LED with an optical instrument
(e.g. magnifier).
The illuminant in this light is not replaceable;
if the illuminant reaches the end of its life,
replace the entire light.
Do not cover the lamp or the mains plug with
objects. Fire can result from excessive heat
development.
Do not operate the lamp unattended.
For your safety
Mount the light so that it is protected from
moisture and dirt.
Make careful preparations for mounting and
allow yourself adequate time. Organise all parts
and any necessary additional tools or materials
before starting so they are easy to reach.
Always be attentive! Always pay attention to
what you are doing and use common sense.
Never install the light if you are having difficulty
concentrating or do not feel well.
To disconnect the lamp completely from the
power supply, the mains plug must be
disconnected from the mains socket.

Initial use

Mounting the light

Place the body of the light
pre-drilled holes in the base
Screw the body of the light
firmly by tightening the screws
Ensure that the side with the protective felt pad
is facing downwards.
14115902L model only: Carefully plug the
lamp body
into the lamp arm

Check that the cable inside the lamp arm
lamp body interconnects by means of the

plug connection. Then fix the lamp body
the lamp arm by tightening the screws

Position the lamp arm

onto the base and tighten the screws

securely. Ensure that the side with the protec-

Plug the power supply into a properly installed
socket

Switching the light on / off

Use the foot operated ON / OFF switch
switch the light on or off.

Maintenance and Cleaning
