Safety instructions
- Use the pump with 2 m (78.7 in.) PVC cable in
the aquarium only; outdoor operation is
permissible only with the 10 m 393.6 in.) rubber
cable.
- Through the contact with the ozone in air and
water, the rubber cable may become brittle !
This can be effected through ozoniferous air in
closed aquarium furniture or by ozonisation of
the water.
- Temperature of the aquarium water: maximum
+35° Celsius (95° F) (4).
- When operating the system without a
preliminary filter, please make sure that the
pump cannot draw in any sand (in the bottom
area, for example) (5).
- Sand and lime deposits may increase the wear
of the bearings considerably and may lead to
the exclusion of warranty; please also refer to
the chapter titled "Servicing / disassembly".
- Keep the operating instructions in a safe place.
Sécurité d'utilisation
- Les pompes en câble 2m PVC sont
exclusivement prévues pour l'aquarium,
l'utilisation hors habitation n'est autorisée
qu'avec les versions câble 10m caoutchouc.
- Un contact entre de l'ozone et le câble
caoutchouc peut conduire à la détérioration
du câble ! Cela peut se produire dans une
atmosphère confinée comme un meuble
d'aquarium ou directement dans l'eau
ozonisée.
- Température max. de l'eau véhiculée :
+35°C (4).
- Lors d'une utilisation sans préfiltre, veuillez
empêcher l'aspiration de sable (par ex. dans
le domaine du sol de l'aquarium) (5).
- Le sable et les dépôts calcaires peuvent
sensiblement augmenter l'usure au niveau des
paliers et conduire à une exclusion de la
garantie, voir aussi Entretien / Démontage.
- Veuillez attentivement consulter la notice
d'entretien.
