Program 8: T.H.R. – Target Heart Rate program
The computer will automatically adjust the resistance of the workout to your heart rate. The resistance
will increase when your heart rate is lower than the set value, and decrease if your heart rate is higher
than the set value.
Note: this program is only available when using a chest belt (not included). This program does NOT work
via the hand pulse sensors.

Computer for heart rate measurement
At the handlebar is a small computer that records the heart rate with hand pulse sensors. This computer
runs on 1 UM4 (AAA 1.5V) battery.
• Place the palms of your hands on the hand pulse sensors on the handlebar during training. The
computer will display the current number of heart beats from 40 – 240 beats per minutes.
