TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Remedy
-Restart the machine and check again.
-The valve has not changed condition due to:
•

Check that the tubes are not in the tank L1 and press Confirm.
Check that the tubes are not in the tank L2 and press Confirm.
Check that the tubes are not in the tank CL and press Confirm.
Machine is not operational.
Empty the Maintenance Tank.
Machine is still operational. Fill the indicated Tank in the next
opportunity.
Machine is not operational. Fill the indicated Tank.
Close the nozzle access cover.
Close the Tank access cover.
The carriage cannot move. Check that the carriage moves
freely and restart the machine. In case this issue persists,
please contact local support.
-The pressure cannot be achieved.
-Check if the tubes are in the Tank and drawing liquid.
-If the problem persists. it could be due to:
• Hydraulic problem.
• Electronic problem.
Remedy
-Please close the nozzle access cover.
-Please close the drawer.
-Clean the nozzles in the ultrasonic bath for 1 min.
-Clean the nozzles with a toothbrush.
-Change the faulty nozzles.
Remedy
-Perform a nozzle check, to see for clogged nozzles.
-Check for the right pretreatment amount needed.
-Check that you are using the right container or the right liq-
uid in the container.
