ALARIS Medical Systems
(A) Each new instrument (pump, controller or peripheral instrument) is free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of delivery by ALARIS to the
first purchaser.
(B) Each new accessory is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery by ALARIS to the first purchaser.
If any product requires service during the applicable warranty period, the purchaser should communicate
directly with the local ALARIS service centre to determine appropriate repair facility. Repair or replacement will
be carried out at ALARIS's expense, subject to the terms of this warranty. The product requiring service should
be returned promptly, properly packed, and postage prepaid. Loss or damage in return shipment to ALARIS
shall be at purchaser's risk.
In no event shall ALARIS be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages in connection with the
purchase or use of any ALARIS product. This warranty shall not apply to, and ALARIS shall not be responsible
for, any loss arising in connection with the purchase or use of any ALARIS product which has been repaired by
anyone other than an authorised ALARIS service representative or altered in any way so as, in ALARIS's
judgement, to affect its stability or reliability, or which has been subject to misuse or negligence or accident, or
which has had the serial or lot number altered, effaced or removed, or which has been used otherwise than in
accordance with the instructions furnished by ALARIS.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and of all other obligations of liabilities on
ALARIS's part, and ALARIS neither assumes nor authorises any representative or other person to assume for
it any other liability in connection with the sale of ALARIS products. See packing inserts for international

ALARIS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FOR FUNCTION OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR
APPLICATION.
ALARIS Medical Systems
(A) Chaque instrument neuf (pousse-seringue, pompe de contrôle d'analgésie, ou accessoire) est garanti
contre tout vice matériel ou vice de fabrication, dans des conditions normales d'utilisation et d'entretien, pendant
un an à partir de la date d'expédition par ALARIS au premier acquéreur.
(B) Chaque accessoire neuf contre tout vice matériel ou vice de fabrication, dans des conditions normales
d'utilisation et d'entretien, pendant 90 (quatre-vingt-dix) jours à partir de la date d'expédition par ALARIS au
premier acquéreur. Si un produit nécessite une intervention pendant la période de garantie, l'acheteur prendra
directement contact avec le siège d'ALARIS pour déterminer le lieu de réparation le plus approprié. La
réparation ou le remplacement seront effectués aux frais d'ALARIS, dans les conditions prévues par la garantie.
Le produit objet de l'intervention doit être retourné rapidement, convenablement emballé, et en port payé. La
marchandise voyageant aux risques et périls de l'expéditeur, la responsabilité de tout dommage ou perte
pendant le retour chez ALARIS en incombera à l'acheteur. ALARIS ne sera responsable en aucun cas de
dommages accidentels, indirects ou subséquents liés à l'achat ou l'emploi d'un de ses produits. La garantie ne
pourrait pas être appliquée, et ALARIS ne saurait être tenu responsable, en cas de préjudice lié à l'achat ou à
l'emploi de tout produit ALARIS réparé par du personnel non agréé par ALARIS ; ou altéré de telle sorte que,
de l'avis d'ALARIS, sa stabilité ou sa fiabilité en soit affectée ; ou défectueux à la suite d'un mauvais usage,
d'une négligence ou d'un accident ; ou dont le numéro de série est altéré, effacé ou détaché ; ou qui a été utilisé
de manière non conforme aux instructions fournies par ALARIS.
Cette garantie remplace toutes les autres garanties, expresses or tacites, et toutes les autres obligations de
responsabilités sur les pièces d'Alaris, et ALARIS n'endosse et n'autorise aucun représentant ou une autre
personne d'endosser en son nom toute autre responsabilité découlant de l'achat de produits ALARIS. Référez-
vous aux documents insérés dans l'emballage pour la garantie internationale.
ALARIS REFUSE D'APPLIQUER TOUTES AUTRES GARANTIES, EXPRESSES OU TACITES, Y COMPRIS
LES GARANTIES CONCERNANT LA BONNE QUALITE ET L'UTILISATION SPECIFIQUE.
