∙ Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
∙ Never use the appliance after a malfunction, e.g. when it has
fallen down or was damaged in any other way.
∙ The producer does not take over any responsibility for misuse
of the appliance, which was caused by ignoring the instruction
manual.
∙ To avoid any dangers, any repairs at the appliance, e.g. repla-
cing a damaged power cord, must be done by an authorized
service partner.
∙ Before the first use all parts should be cleaned and completely
dried.
∙ The appliance must be put on a stable, flat and heat resisting
surface.
∙ The appliance must not be used with a Timer or any other re-
mote system. During usuage the outside surface of the appli-
ance can get very hot.
Attention! Housing and glass get hot. Danger of
burns! Please noted that the heating element surface is
subject to residual heat after use.
Using the egg boiler:
∙ Before the first use clean the heating plate with a wet cloth
∙ Unwind the cable from the bottom of the appliance until desired length
∙ Place the appliance in horizontal position and connect it to a security plug
∙ Fill the measuring cup with water up to the intended line for the degree (soft-medi-
um-hard) and quantity of eggs (1-6) and pour the water on the heating plate. Place
then the egg tray on the boiler.
∙ The water quantity is calculated for medium size eggs. For harder eggs some more
water has to be added, for softer eggs reduce the water a little bit.
∙ The eggs should be punched with the egg pik on the flat side before the eggs are
put on the egg tray, to avoid a crack of the eggs.
∙ The egg pik is on the lower side of the measuring cup. Danger of injury!
∙ Put the lid on the appliance.
∙ The degree of softness is depending on the quantity and the weight of the eggs.
∙ The degree of softness is much depending on the own taste. Personal experience
with the appliance leads to the wished results.
∙ Switch the appliance on. The appliance starts to heat and the control light is on.
∙ The eggs are ready when the buzzer sounds.
∙ Switch off the appliance by pressing the "On/Off" switch.
