Move the mode selector switch z to the "ON" position. Wait
until the camera enters standby mode after 15 seconds.

Press the ON button y on the WiFi remote control l.
The operating LED k on the WiFi remote control flashes blue
twice and the camera screen q lights up briefly. The camera's
WiFi is activated and can be connected to a smartphone.

Set the smartphone so that it scans for WiFi devices. You can find
a detailed description of how to do this in the operating instruc-
tions for your smartphone.

From the list of devices found on your smartphone, select the
entry WK 8 B4_xxxxxx (xxxxxx = UID number) or your custom
WiFi name.

Enter the WiFi password that you entered in the camera's menu.
The camera is now connected to your smartphone.

Open the Wildcam app on your smartphone. The start screen
appears. Read and confirm the privacy policy. The main view
appears.
NOTICE

The camera must be reconnected to your phone each time
the camera's WiFi is turned off. The app may need to be
closed and then reopened for a new WiFi connection.

If you reset the camera to its factory default, the WiFi pass-
word will also be reset. You will be required to enter a new
WiFi password.
