Confirm your selection with the OK button. Afterwards, press the

MENU button to close this sub-menu.
From now on, you will have to enter this character combination every
time you switch on the camera before you can operate it.
If you enter the incorrect password five times in a row, the camera
will switch off. Switch the camera back on again for another five
attempts at entering the password.
If you have forgotten the character combination, proceed as follows
to unlock the camera and reset it to the factory settings:
♦ Download the software for the game camera from:
www.kompernass.com/384291_2107
♦ Unzip the file and copy the file "Rom_CodeWK8B4.bin" onto an
empty memory card.
♦ Insert the memory card into the camera while the mode selector
switch z is set to the "OFF" position.
♦ Keep the button pressed while moving the mode selector switch to
the "TEST" position. Keep the
q shows the notification "Firmware upgrading... Keep Table".
♦ The camera switches off after around 15–20 seconds.
♦ Move the mode selector switch z to the "OFF" position and
remove the memory card from the camera.
♦ Delete the file "Rom_CodeWK8B4.bin" from the memory card.
♦ Insert the memory card into the camera while the mode selector
switch z is set to the "OFF" position.
♦ Keep the button pressed while moving the mode selector
switch to the "TEST" position. Hold down the
screen q shows the notification "Please remove the memory card
once – Reset to factory defaults". Remove the memory card from
the camera.
♦ Move the mode selector switch z to the "OFF" position and
push the memory card into the camera.
