6.2 Maintenance
The device does not require maintenance.

Fault rectification

Possible faults are described below:
Description of the fault.
y Possible cause.
☞ Remedy.
None of the hob toggles are working.
y No power supply. The wall power
supply for the hob is not plugged into
the socket securely.
☞ Ensure that the wall power
supply is plugged into the socket
securely.
y No power supply. The hob socket
is de-energised or the breaker has
tripped.
☞ Check to see if the breaker has
tripped.
☞ If you use electric circuit breakers,
turn the circuit breaker on again.
☞ For other types of breaker or if the
socket is de-energised, consult a
qualified electrician.
One or more of the hob toggles is not
working.
y There is no connection between the
distribution box and hob toggle.
☞ Check the connection of the
connection cable.
If a fault persists:
☞ Please consult your dealer or
customer services.
