After use
• Turn off the appliance by switching off the switch
and removing the plug from the socket.
• Do not move the deep fryer until it and its contents
have cooled down.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Always remove the plug from the socket before
cleaning the appliance.
• Beware: Never immerse the appliance in water or
any other liquid!
• Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp
cloth (water with mild detergent).

ment will be affected. The user should clean the temperature sensor with soft instruments to
avoid damaging it and to prevent pressing the temperature sensor.
The user should clean the ventilation outlet regularly by removing the screws [7] and uninstal-
ling the ventilation outlet.
The user should check and clean the filter at the bottom of the deep fryer regularly to make
sure it is not being obstructed.
