Temperature controlled freezing (cycle 4a)
Push T3 to select the cycle and then T10 to start it. L2 is turned on.
In order to assure a correct execution of a chilling cycle, the probe sensor must be
properly inserted into the product. The controller runs a test to verify the proper insert
of the probe sensor (see section "Probe sensor test").
During the process, - DY1 and DY2 respectively display the temperature read by the
probe sensor and the remaining time set by parameter c4. L7 flashes to indicate that
a count of time is performed.
When the temperature of the probe sensor reaches the set temperature (parameter
c5), the cycle ends, the buzzer is activated, - DY1 and DY2 display "End" and "---"
respectively. L2 and L7 are turned off. To start a new cycle, push T10.
Time controlled freezing (cycle 4b)
Push T3 and T7 to select the cycle. L6 is turned on, L5 is turned off. DY2 displays
the duration of the chilling cycle, to modify this value – push T8 or T9. Push T10 to
start the cycle – L2 is turned on.
During the process, - DY1 and DY2 display the temperature read by the cabinet
sensor and the remaining time respectively. L7 flashes to indicate that a count of time
is performed. Pushing T7, DY2 displays the time in minutes passed from the start of
the cycle. When the cycle ends, the buzzer is activated, - DY1 and DY2 display "End"
and "0" respectively. L2 and L7 are turned off. To start a new cycle, push T10.
Very cold storage (cycle 5)
Push T4 to select the cycle and T10 to start it. L1 is turned on. DY1 and DY2 display
the temperature read by the cabinet sensor and "---" respectively. The cabinet
temperature can be modified by parameter c6.
Freezing by temperature followed by storage (cycle 6a)
Push T3 and T4 to select the cycle, and T10 to start it. L2 is turned on. When the
freezing cycle ends, the controller automatically switches to the very cold storage
cycle.
Freezing by time followed by storage (cycle 6b)
Push T3, T4 and T7 to select the cycle. L6 is turned on, L5 is turned off. DY2
displays the duration of the cycle, to modify this value – push T8 or T9. Push T10 to
start the cycle. L2 is turned on. When the freezing cycle ends, the controller
automatically switches to the very cold storage cycle.
