im Fahrzeug aufliegt. Pumpen Sie, bis das Fahrzeug auf
die gewünschte Höhe angehoben ist oder der Hubbereich
abgeschlossen ist. Dann legen Sie die Stützen unter das Auto.

Entfernen Sie den Hebel (1) und richten Sie seine Spitze auf
die Kerbe im Entriegelungsventil (4). Drehen Sie ihn dann
langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn und senken Sie das
Fahrzeug ab, bis es auf den Stützen aufliegt.

Drehen Sie die Hebel (1) langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
Fahrzeug langsam und besonders vorsichtig absenken! Dann
das Ablassventil schließen.
ACHTUNG: Beim Verlassen des Fahrzeugs das Auslassventil
niemals vollständig öffnen!
3.3.2. ABSENKEN
Heben Sie das Fahrzeug zunächst ein wenig an, damit die
Stützen, die es halten, gelöst werden (siehe vorherigen
Abschnitt). Lösen Sie dann mit dem Hubhebel (1) das
Ablassventil, indem Sie es gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen,
bis sich der Hubarm langsam absenkt.
ACHTUNG: Je weiter das Ablassventil (4) geöffnet ist, desto
schneller senkt sich der Hebearm ab. Schrauben Sie ihn
jedoch niemals vollständig ab oder lassen Sie das Hydrauliköl
austreten. Wenn Sie das Fahrzeug absenken, können Sie den
Prozess besser steuern und dementsprechend schneller auf
unerwartete Situationen reagieren! Wenn das abgesenkte
Fahrzeug fest auf dem Boden aufliegt und der Stützsitz
(3) den Kontakt zum Fahrgestell verliert, heben Sie den
Rangierwagenheber unter dem Fahrzeug hervor und senken
Sie den Hubarm (2) ab, bis er vollständig umgeklappt
ist. Schließen Sie das Ablassventil (4), indem Sie es im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
ACHTUNG: Wenn das Absenken unterbrochen werden muss,
ziehen Sie das Ablassventil (2) sofort fest, und der Hebearm
(2) stoppt in dieser Position. Bei Bedarf können Sie den
Hebearm (2) wieder anheben oder weiter absenken, indem
Sie die oben beschriebenen Prozeduren ausführen.
3.3.3. MONTAGE DES SOCKELADAPTERS ( MSW-TJS2-02 )
Durch Anbringen eines optionalen Sockeladapters (11) kann
der Hubbereich vergrößert werden. Heben Sie dazu zuerst
den Hebearm (2) an, um einen einfachen Zugang zum
Hubsitzbolzen (3) zu erhalten. Lösen Sie dann mit einem
Steckschlüssel (18 mm) und einem Ringschlüssel (19 mm)
die Schraube der Haltebuchse (3). Nehmen Sie die "Krone"
heraus, setzen Sie den Adapter (11) ein und ziehen Sie ihn
mit der gleichen Schraube und Mutter wie die "Krone" fest.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a)
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberfläche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoffe.
b)
Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
c)
Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
d)
In Hinblick auf technische Effizienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
e)
Benutzen Sie einen weichen Lappen zur Reinigung.
f)
Zum Reinigen ist ein weicher, feuchter Lappen zu
verwenden.

g)
Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/
oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder
Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberfläche
des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,
beschädigen können.
h)
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit säurehaltigen
Substanzen.
Medizinische
Geräte,
Verdünner,
Kraftstoff, Öle oder andere Chemikalien können das
Gerät beschädigen.
i)
Überprüfen
Sie
regelmäßig
den
Zustand
Hydrauliköls (SAE 10) im Zylinder und füllen Sie
gegebenenfalls nach.
