Suction connection
An option for emptying the tank can be real
ized in different ways.
Extraction pipe with angled (WTS78038B
)or straight fitting (WTS78038S)
Drill the hole for the extraction pipe (57 mm (2
1∕4") diameter) in the top of the tank.
Choose the position of the fitting so that when
the ship is beached on its side, waste water
cannot run back to the shower, wash basin, toi
let, etc., or flow outside via the tank airrelief.
Clean saw dust and drill shavings from inside
the tank.
Install the extraction pipe with the gasket rings
supplied. Tighten the nuts using the wrench,
use never pipe wrench. Do not tighten the nuts
excessively.
After 2 days check that the nut is still tight,
tighten more securely if required. Repeat this
after 4 days.
Extraction pipe in connection
Apply a standard commercially available 40
mm PVC pipe.
Make the extraction pipe (1) to the correct
length the underside must be approx. 15 mm
from the bottom of the tank and glue the ex
traction pipe into the connection.
Apply an anaerobic adhesive (instant adhesive)
suitable for plastics
